Returns/Exchanges

All items at the House of London are sold as either mod, copy, no transfer or no mod, copy, no transfer. This means that there are no refunds. This is nonnegotiable. Please be sure you demo before you buy items.

Depending upon the nature of your problem, it is possible to exchange an item for another of lesser or equal value. Decisions are made on a case by case basis. Please fill out the customer service form if you would like an exchange.

Refunds

I will happily give refunds for the following circumstances:

Please file a customer service request within the same day as purchase if you meet these requirement(s).

Failed Delivery

If you have paid and not received your purchase(s), I will redeliver your purchase(s) to you. For assistance with this matter please file a customer service request.

    I DO NOT need any more shop space. Please save your time and effort. DO NOT IM me or send me notecards about rental space. Your IM will be ignored and/or notecard will not be accepted.

    Sorry, no. Nothing at any of my stores are transfer nor will they every be sold with transfer permissions.

    Sorry, no. Unfortunately, I DO NOT sell anything full perm.
  5. I want to give something from your store as a gift. How can I do this?
    You have 2 options, you can purchase it as a gift item from the marketplace: mens listings / womens listings. Or you can pay me directly and I can deliver the items to the avatar you want.

    Sorry, no.
  7. Do you do custom builds?
    Sorry, not at the moment.
  8. Will you sell me your [insert store name here] build?
    No, the HOUSEofLONDON builds were designed especially for the island.

    Sorry, no not anymore. But if you would like to purchase something as a gift you can do so via the SL marketplace: mens listings / womens listings.

    I made them.
  12. Where did you get your folded clothes sculptie?
    I made it. It is also not for sale.

    No, I do all my own modeling work. If models are ever needed a notice will be sent out and will be posted on the website.
  14. Are you interested in having a fashion show?
    No, I am not.
